Audio-visual Upgrades at Glaziers Hall

We are installing the latest audio-visual equipment as part of our renovations in all our events spaces.  Audio-visual equipment is crucial for successful events, and our upgraded capabilities will ensure seamless conferences, panel discussions and presentations.

Therefore our Banqueting Hall, River Room and Court Room will all feature upgraded high definition HDMI projectors with 16 x 10 ft. screens. These upgrades ensure visibility and clarity for presentations and briefings for all attendees.

Our new spaces, the Bridge and Thames Rooms, will feature PA systems with Bose ceiling mounted speakers, compact mixing desks and HDMI projectors with ultra-wide angle lenses. The equipment’s compact nature leaves plenty of event space for flexible layouts without compromise on quality.

Current Audio-visual Trends in Events

Live streaming and real-time audience interaction are two key trends especially relevant for events. These require a strong network able to handle hundreds of connections at the same time.

Throughout Glaziers Hall, wi-fi strength of up to 100mb is available in all our spaces. Therefore we can offer live streaming with different levels of service, for example a cost effective feed to clients Facebook live page up to a multi-camera broadcast with live audience interaction. Our enhanced wi-fi capability allows your event wider reach and engagement with customers and clients.
