Things change so quickly
The news over the weekend, with the introduction of the new Tier 4, is a real blow to us and to the events industry across London and the South-East. We know that the events industry is not a core spreader of this virus. We know that venue operators across London have worked tirelessly to ensure that they, and everyone attending an event, acts according to the legal requirements.
However, it is with regret that we have to follow the legislation and we will now be closed until London returns to, at least, Tier 3.
When we are allowed to re-open, the whole venue will be deep-cleaned again and we will re-open to deliver events at 50% of our normal capacities. You can see our revised capacities here.
In the meantime, let’s raise a glass as a thank you to:

- all the NHS staff, who have worked tirelessly to look after those who have been hit by the pandemic,
- The keyworkers, who have been there throughout, to ensure we can get about and have the services we need,
- Everyone in the events and hospitality industries. Let’s hope that as many as possible are able to re-open again in the future.
