Glaziers Hall hosts Namos Solutions’ Summer Conference

Located on the city s river doorstep of London Bridge, Glaziers Hall provided one of Oracle’s key implementation partners, Namos Solutions, with an extremely impressive, safe and easily accessible venue for their company s away day.

The event saw over 80 delegates descend on Glaziers Hall to celebrate recent company successes and demonstrate business potential to the ever-growing Namos team. Three event spaces were used to perfectly fulfil the vision of the event organisers. The venue s historical charm, state-of-the-art AV and lighting facilities, and impressive central London location contributed to Namos choosing it for their corporate function.

The team arrived from 12pm where they had their temperatures taken and given the option to colour code themselves with a sticker to reflect their comfort levels when interacting with others. Namos was thoroughly impressed with the set of measures and steps the venue had taken to keep delegates safe, including its commitment to maintaining optimum air quality in the building at all times, having clean air pumped into the building 4 times a day.

The delegates were then directed to the Library Room where they enjoyed tea and coffee, before being moved into the stunning Court Room to learn about company successes and future plans. The atmosphere in the room was incredible, full of positive energy and a genuine team spirit. As some team members were attending virtually, the presentations were required to be streamed. The large screen and state of the art AV equipment ensured speakers were heard loud and clear by all, and all virtual attendees felt included.

Following the conclusion of the presentations, the team relocated to the River Room, where they could relax and enjoy drinks and canapes while taking in panoramic views of London’s skyline across the Thames. The use of lighting in River room allowed us to theme the room with our brand colours which added to the atmosphere.

Namos sponsored Rob Cross provided the evening s entertainment, culminating in a darts match versus a former world darts champion and Namos employees.

Overall, the venue, location, and on-the-day experience offered a genuinely unique and amazing opportunity for the team to come together, celebrate success, and bond as a team. The team at Glaziers Hall could not have been more friendly and professional.
