At Glaziers Hall you can find the complete package for your wedding day; the venue holds a wedding license allowing you to hold your ceremony with us, plus a wonderful variety of spaces in which to create your perfect day. Weddings at Glaziers Hall work on an exclusive hire basis meaning you have full use of the whole venue for your special day.

Working with our dedicated wedding planner and our experienced operations team, Glaziers Hall will create a bespoke day especially for you, your family and friends.

From using our incredible in-house catering team with years of experience, to talented florists, all the way through to skilled photographers and DJ’s, we can organise every aspect of your day for you. Equally we can recommend our trusted suppliers from our little white book, if you wish to be a little more hands on.

Life’s Kitchen will be your caterer for your wedding at Glaziers Hall and will work alongside you to help plan the most important day of your life and ensure your expectations are met. From delicious food to sophisticated service, Life’s Kitchen have all the experience to ensure your wedding runs smoothly so you won’t need to worry about a thing.

Having confirmed your wedding with Glaziers Hall, Life’s Kitchen will arrange a menu tasting with you for up to four guests. This will give you the opportunity to talk through your menu and any specific ideas you have with the Chef and add the all important personal touches to your dishes. You will also have an opportunity to try the wines which will accompany your meal, with the option of upgrades available from our well stocked wine cellar.

Our team are on hand to create incredible, bespoke experiences so if the traditional wedding format is not for you, we can bring your personal vision to life whether it is a sophisticated cocktail reception complete with leading mixologists and your very own personalised bar front or creating a fair ground atmosphere with personalised sweetie carts, popcorn machine and cotton candy machines.

As well as the venue hire and all of your food and beverage needs being catered for, there are many little details that can add to the overall cost of a wedding. At Glaziers Hall, we include as many of these as possible to save you costs and not having to spend time organising these. The following are also included in your wedding package:

• White linen to include table cloths and napkins
• Furniture to include tables, chairs and poseur tables
• Microphone and PA system for speeches
• LED lighting package throughout the venue to really set the scene
• A room for registrar interviews with the bride and groom
• A room for any final touches of hair and makeup
• A dedicated wedding planner and manager, plus all the staffing needed on the day

Your dedicated wedding planner will spend time with you curating the running order of your day, bespoke to your plans and needs. In order to give you a guide, we suggest the following running order:

15:00 – Guest access to the venue.

16:00 – Wedding ceremony commences in the Court Room

16:30 – Ceremony concludes and guests move through to the River Room for drinks and to enjoy the stunning views of London

17:00 – Photographs

18:00 – Guests are called to the Banqueting Hall

15:15 – Your wedding breakfast is served

20:00 – Speeches and toasts

20:45 – Cutting of the cake and bar opens

21:00 – Your first dance

21:15 – You and your guests dance the night away

22:30 – Last orders at the bar

23:00 – Carriages

You will be able to choose your dishes from our full seasonal menu and will be able to try several dishes at your menu tasting. Dietary requirements will be catered for with pleasure and your wedding planner will guide you through this process. In order to take any stress out of the planning process, your dedicated wedding planner would be delighted to go through the available options with you, in addition to what is included in your package and arrange any of the following items with you.

A registrar is required at your wedding to legally carry out the ceremony. If you decide to have your London wedding ceremony at Glaziers Hall, you must contact Southwark Council to check the registrars availability and book their attendance. There will be a fee applicable which you can settle directly with Southwark Council.

You must ensure you contact the registrar’s office at least three months but no more than 12 months before you intend to marry or to enter into a civil partnership.
